• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for IT/software hiring, working closely with hiring managers, technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Coordinate recruitment from candidate sourcing and screening support through interview scheduling, feedback follow-up, selection, offer coordination and joining.
• Support candidate sourcing through employee referrals, internal recruitment channels and available talent pools.
• Coordinate with technical interview panels and hiring managers to ensure timely interview scheduling and feedback closure.

• Coordinate approximately 5 employee exits per month, including resignation, clearance, asset recovery and exit documentation.
• Handle 200+ BGV and employment verification requests with accuracy, confidentiality and timely turnaround.
• Coordinate 5–6 annual performance appraisal cycles, including data validation, documentation, stakeholder coordination and appraisal letters.
• Manage employee information and records through Zoho HRMS and maintain HR dashboards through Monday.com.
• Manage resignation, retention and employee support processes; handle employee grievances and HR queries.
• Prepare and issue offer, appraisal, relieving, experience and other HR documentation.
• Support employee queries related to salary, payroll, compensation, benefits, PF, Form 16 and insurance.
• Coordinate employee asset allocation during onboarding and asset retrieval during separation.
