FE Modeler - Team Member at Mahindra The project involved FE modeling of the front bumper assembly. The model is built with an element size of 7 mm using first-order Quad and Tria elements in the Nastran profile. The proper materials and properties were assigned to the components, respectively. The critical aspect of this project is to maintain match mesh between the components, and the regions related to rigid elements

FE Modeler - Sole Member at Mahindra The project involved FE modeling of front axle assembly with 2nd order tetra elements of size 7 mm All the fillets and features should be captured properly, and all the holes should have washers as per the specifications The curved profiles were captured with R-Tria elements. The required quality parameters were achieved, and the shell elements used to generate the tetra mesh should have a good quality of elements

FE Modeler - Sole Member at Ashok Leyland The project involved FE modeling of clutch housing, and the FE model was prepared for the Nastran profile using 2nd order tetra elements. A global element size of 10 mm was used to build the FE model according to the requirement. All the holes should have a double washer, as per the specifications, the required quality parameters were achieved, and the shell elements used to generate the tetra mesh should have good quality elements
