- Daily morning meeting organized to quality engineers for quality improvement day to day
- Check shop floor operation standard & in-process operation verified & cross check in-process report
- Day by day focus in-house complaint & take action
- Daily monitoring in house rejection meeting & conducting Red bin meeting
- Focus on cost of poor quality & reduced cost of poor quality
- Monitoring in-house rejection PPM day by day reduced
- Training of in-process engineer & operators
- Defect gallery display on shop floor area
- Check shop floor operation standard & in-process operation verified & cross check weld shop report
- Day by day focus weld shop in-house complaint & take action
- Check the weld shop machine parameter as like- Current, Voltage, Gas Flow. Wire feed Rate
- Welding part Penetration report checked & verified
- Defect gallery display on weld shop
- Training of in-process engineer & operator
- Tier 1 Customer proper handling
- Maruti Suzuki & Honda (1F,2F,3F) handling

It consists of a leaf spring & sheet metal also Mig welding setup Plant. Annual turnover: 100 Crore. Type of components produced: Sheet metal & tubular parts. MACE Audit performed in 2024 (68%).

- All monitoring records are maintained as per requirement and rejection data
- Identification of wastes, Work distribution and line balancing of the line in order
- Monthly rejection analysis and applying the counter measures to the problems

- Experience with Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) and Experience with Revision control on drawings
- Experience with support sourcing with vendor development by providing drawing and clarifying doubts
- Experience with Rejection analysis (Production + Assembly) + Preventive action
- Prepare Quality related all documents like SPC, MSA, APQP, FMEA
