Supported statutory compliance, risk management, safety audits, emergency preparedness, contractor safety and environmental controls. Led/managed wastewater treatment and EHS improvement activities in a high-hazard chemical manufacturing environment.

Manager – HSE at SOLVAY, GBU NOVECARE (2011-06 – 2017-04)

Working with APAC HSE team for implement HSE practice. Managed HSE for a MAH unit handling Ethylene Oxide and Petroleum Class A products.

• Implemented Solvay Care Management System (SCMS), Life Saving Rules and Zero Tolerance initiatives; drove safety culture and risk reduction
• Worked on ETP/WWTP upgradation with APAC team and supported project HSE for R&D center upgradation, plant expansion and warehouse construction
