Hey there, I'm Omkarsing Chavhan, a 23-year-old professional on a mission to ensure workplace safety and health. My educational journey has been quite the adventure – starting with a diploma in occupational health and safety, followed by diving into the world of chemistry with a BSc degree. Currently, I'm on the final leg of my MBA journey, specializing in occupational health and safety.

My career kicked off at Agio Pharmaceuticals, where I began as a safety officer, diving headfirst into the realm of workplace safety. From there, I moved on to Dela Resorts, where I took on the role of fire marshal, learning the ins and outs of emergency response like never before. At Stencil Engineering, I continued my journey as a safety officer, expanding my expertise across various industrial settings.

Now, I find myself at Life First | SPNI, serving as an EHS officer, where I get to apply everything I've learned over my four years in the field. It's been quite the ride, but I'm passionate about what I do – implementing robust safety protocols and fostering a culture of safety wherever I go.

• Preparation of Safe Man-hours Sheet (SHM): I've been responsible for preparing the Safe Man-hours Sheet, tracking and managing our safety performance over time.

• Site Safety Rounds and Work Permits: Regular site safety rounds and meticulous management of work permits are integral parts of my role, ensuring compliance and safety at all times.

I have done Diploma in Occupational safety and BSC in chemistry and right now i am in last year of MBA in occupational health and safety
