Hi, I'm Prakul Agarwal - currently working as Senior Analyst at EPIC Investment Partners (UK based PE)
I have total 5 years experience in PE and IB combined A significant portion of my responsibilities involved actively engaging in prospecting within C&R and Industrials sector. I dedicate my time in identifying potential prospects and buyers on behalf of various clients and ourself.
I spend substantial time on due diligence. So far, I've done this for more than 50 companies, both from an investment and advisory angle. This experience has given me a good handle on what to look for and how to evaluate companies thoroughly.
Recently, finished one deal that was all about helping a company grow. Currently, we are on the verge of closing another deal where we're helping someone sell their business.
I actively contributes to the management of two of our portfolio companies, wherein I look for execution of value creation strategies to boost overall performance.
