I have total 21+ years of unbroken service and strong industrial background in Painting /Coating insulation and PFP field related to Oil and Gas / Petrochemical sector, located both on onshore and offshore.
Well experience and knowledge of related activities to painting, coating, fire proofing of offshore wellhead platform, experience of coating with different type of material / alloys/ repair works activities
Good knowledge of Painting principles, practices and techniques, Safety codes and ordinances, Departmental rules and policies.
Good knowledge of international design codes / standards. Good sense of organization, ability to identify critical aspects, to propose way forwards, to summarize and present complex technical issues Fluent in English both verbally and in writing QUALITY MANAGEMENT (Painting & Coating Inspection)
➢ Having vast experience in all kinds of Industrial Blasting / Painting / Coating /Insulation.
➢ Verythorough in analysing and implementing specification clauses.
➢ Experience in finding specification deviation and flaws and interpreted for good painting procedures.
➢ Experience in latest painting / coating inspection related equipment and gauges.
➢ Having adequate knowledge in coating materials technical parameters.
➢ Experience field application process related inspection for buried pipelines.
➢ Expert in implementing and maintaining coating integrity by team effort.
➢ Inspected various coating manufacturers in the globe (i.e. HEMPEL, JOTUN Paints, International Paints, SIGMA Paints, CARBOLINE, DUPONT, AKZO NOBEL, BERGER, SADOLINE paints.
➢ Well versed in interpreting coating failures and root cause analysis.
