• Preparation and implementation of Quality Control Procedures and ITP's
• Preparation of proposed WPS and submitting to Client
• Conducting Welder Qualification Test and maintaining Welder performance and welder repair percentage
• Co-Ordinate with Consultant, Client Inspector, TPI and ASME Authorized Inspector
• Ensure fulfillment of all Inspection and Test requirements at all QCP and ITP
• Ensure that the welding activities carried out as per the approved procedure and specification
• Material Inspection in compliance with purchase order, project material indent and applicable drawings
• Monitoring and review of Post Weld Heat treatment (PWHT) charts
• Surveillance Inspection on site and solve the technical issue
• Stage wise inspection of Pressure vessels, Columns, Storage Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Pipe Line, and Process Piping for Desalination Plants, High Pressure sour gas compressor, sweet gas compressor, gas turbine, Amine plant, Petroleum refinery and Boiler
• Supervising the MT, PT, VT & RT Activities and interpretation of Radiographic Films
• Review of NDT reports provided by the NDT sub contractors
• Preparing line punch list and mechanical clearance
• Hydrostatic Test witnessing, Reviewing and reinstatements
• Hydrostatic Test package preparation and reviewing
• Client focal point for the hydrostatic test package controlling
• Maintaining and updating the all-Quality documents and maintaining final dossier
• Carrying out activities in accordance with specification, procedures and good engineering practice
• Complete awareness of the work permit system
• Liaise with company site representative for day-to-day site activities
• Preparation of final construction dossier
• Structural Alignment, Bolt tightening and torque inspection
