- Heading QA'S Departments
- To oversee the quality assurance department and ensure that Q.A system meet up with customer requirement as well as company requirement
- To ensure process standardisation and optimisation, trouble shooting and process improvement
- Develop capability to conduct the factory audit in term of their technical capability & production capacity to deliver the required product on time
- Analysis of the quality data for the defect in production that quality of the product & to prepare corrective and preventive action plan to root out the cause
- Implementation and spreading awareness of quality system within team as well as vendor to shipping high quality product
- Communicate with buyer daily schedule and avoid failure & implement /share the same with concern merchant team and vendor/ supplier
- To ensure smooth functioning of the process by assuring the buyer sop manual is followed
- To implement tool & measure in process parameter to control of critical to quality of product and monitor periodically
- To implement all the Quality Assurance System as required by Buyer standard at every stage and to ensure that all systems are strictly being followed in the production by the factory
- To Oganize a PP / Line review & risk analysis meeting with vendor, merchant and the production team to discuss and resolve if there is any quality issue regarding the product prior to starting the bulk
- To give the fit sample approval size set sample, trims approval etc according to as per buyer requirement
- To make production plan/shipping plan and work with vendors on the TNA /WIP and strictly follow up at all the stages
- To involve in pre-production stage and follow-up quality procedures and conduct the online/ initials, mid and pre-final or final inspection to ensure that quality goods should be shipped to buyers based on international AQL 2.5 / 4.0 standard
- Build-up the strong /healthy fruitful relationship and play a key role of production Coordinator between the vendors/factory and the merchants
