- Experience building SaaS products.
- Validate feature Analytics data (For new and Existing features).
- Feature growth planning basis of Analytics data. Currently doing 4-5 growth experiments for all the major features to increase App Retention. Few experiments are showing mind-blowing results.
Did lots of Surveys to get the Customer's expectations vs what we are serving.
- Currently, we are working to increase the Exports rate of the app. We did few experiments & It is showing positive trends.
- Created a process to pick at least 5-10 top Customer issues (which came after Customer data migration) in every release. We observed an 8-10% jump in 5-star Ratings & also the App Overall Rating is 4.77.
- Adobe Target set-up for the smooth rollout

- Cleared all the 3rd party dependencies within the time range.
- Current Usage - Currently around 4000 users daily using this feature & performed 9000 operations]. It is still not released to all the users, still this feature is giving 1% of subscription.
- This feature also increased the App retention.
- Created the complete data dashboard for the Cloud docs feature using Adobe Analytics & Splunk.
- Created Q1 & Q2 release plan & shared with higher management.
