My contributions extend to streamlining communication reporting within the company and working on FAC and QL business hierarchy logic, ultimately integrating dashboards for enhanced efficiency. I also played a key role in migrating existing dashboards to Tableau.
During my internship as a Product Analyst at Magicpin, I led a team in the design and development of a Sales App to track daily targets and performance metrics, significantly improving overall team efficiency. I designed an algorithm for tracking individual performance within specific time frames and effectively bucketed listed merchants based on key metrics, increasing visibility for low-revenue merchants and substantially raising their performance metrics.
In my role as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Vedantu, I managed a proof of concept for integrating physical books with AR-enabled diagrams, Games, and Quizzes linked through QR codes, testing it with 100 free and paid samples distributed to students. I also successfully drove a significant portion of Vedantu's YouTube viewership to the platform, converting a notable percentage into paid users.
Furthermore, I founded Dorklabs, a startup focusing on re-commerce with an offline-to-online (O2O) hyperlocal platform. I led a team across multiple verticals to pilot a web solution across 40+ colleges in 5 cities, partnering with numerous offline merchant and corporate partners. We deployed organic marketing channels, resulting in over 300 registered users, 320 bids, and approximately 100 successful deal completions, achieving profit margins of around 7-8%.
