Operated tablet compression machine efficiency.
Performed tool change, machine setup and in process check.
Maintained GMP documentation and logbook.
Handled minor breakdown and co-ordinated with maintenance team.
To Maintain discipline in the department and to ensure personnel hygiene is maintained.
To see that department area is well maintained and cleaned properly.
To fill the equipment's log, in process check, material movement record and BMR during the respective activities.
To check that production activities are carrying out as per BMR and SOP's.
To do online documentation and ensure data integrity.
To co-ordinate with Engineering department regarding preventive maintenance and machine breakdown.
