• Lead the static equipment design and engineering scope for coke oven gas treatment, sulphur recovery, Napthalene Recovery, other byproducts from Coke oven Gas and process plant projects.
• Design and engineer critical static equipment including H2S-NH3 Stripper Columns (Titanium material), Primary Gas Coolers, H2S-NH3 Scrubbers, Naphthalene Scrubbers, Claus Kiln (Incinerator), Claus Reactor, and Caustic Soda, Tar, Liquid Sulphur Storage Tanks.
• Specialise in exotic material design, particularly Titanium for H2S-NH3 service, Hastelloy for ensuring corrosion resistance, code compliance, and long-term asset integrity.
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation including mechanical data sheets, technical specifications, fabrication drawings review, and code calculations as per ASME Section VIII Div 1 & 2, API 650.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders including process licensors, EPC clients, vendors, and third-party inspection agencies; perform vendor document review, technical bid evaluation, and supplier qualification.

• Working as a Flat Bottom tank specialist along with other static vessels.
• Preparing Technical Requisition summary, Technical Query, Technical Bid Evaluation for package items of Air Separation Units.

Associate Manager - Mechanical Static Design at Linde India Ltd (2023-04 – 2025-08)

• Working as a Lead Static Design Engineer for ASU projects.
• Performing Finite Element analysis of Fatigue process vessel as per ASME Sec VIII DIV 2
