I have worked as a Manager at Delhivery, one of India's leading logistics services providers to all e-commerce platforms. My experience here has been a mix of operations, research, logistics planning ,finance, P&L and data management .I played a crucial role in planning and conceptualization of Delhivery Direct (consumer to consumer business),Alternate Delivery Models(ADMs), piloting and scaling up of ADMs across important cities for the peak festive season, optimization of Last Mile Operations across 30 Dispatch Centers of Hyderabad which includes - Manpower and Asset Planning, SOP preparation and Training, KPI maintenance, Misroute Optimization.
