- Attending all courts, forums, tribunals, and statutory bodies and making representations on behalf of Bank and giving evidences.
- Managing & appointing counsel advocates having regular reviews & ensuring desired (favourable) results must be achieved.
- Maintaining all types of recourse wise Legal MIS considering the TAT of 7 days in relevance of case updating, PPT and updating the same with exact feedback for accomplishment of RBI, Audit, Risk, Statutory, internal and external compliances.
- Representing the organization before the Judicial /quasi judicial and Law Enforcement Agencies (Like Police Personnel's (SP &SHO), Court Nazir's, tamil kulinda & Other relevant Personnel's).
- Getting the legal notice, against cases reply's drafted, replied, scrutinized & presented through counsel advocate within the time frame.
- Close coordination with the local collection team, recovery team & providing them necessary legal support.

- In June'20 Month HDFC Bank had given silver star award in relevance of Rs 11.50 crore highest PAN India recovery done in a quarter during lockdown period. Also nominated for gold star award in April 21 Month.
- Recently in June'22 HDFC Bank had given ESOP(s) in relevance of seeking my outstanding performance of last three years.
- Recently in 10 months I have taken physical possession of 29 mortgage properties & taken symbolic possession of 45 mortgage properties & recovered an amount of Rs.16 crore highest recovery in PAN India.
