• Documentation (as per Scope).  Prepare Procedure Qualification test Report, Release documents As per project specification & reference Standards.  Proper planning for spare parts and testing and measuring instruments. To maintain respective records and lab testing’s.  Maintaining instrument calibration record as per ISO requirement and maintain record for different lab testing.  Inspection and co-ordination with inspection agencies &

• Clients.  Received raw material &

• Coating system testing as per required Standards of Client Specification and co-ordination with raw material Suppliers.  Status and Co-ordination with Suppliers..  To plan and Control of Consumable items.  To perform testing in front of inspection agencies as per different ref. standards i.e. ISO, DIN ASTM &

• As per client Specification.  Perform on Chemical &

• Mechanical Testing In Front of Inspection Agencies (EIL, CEIL, BVIS, IOCL, SGS,MGC &

• MECON etc).  Perform Raw Material &

• External and Internal Coating System testing.
