• Analyse all the raw materials, finished products& packing material as per SOPs & provide feedback on deviations, if any, to the concerned functions for corrective actions.
• In-process checks during dispensing / manufacturing & packaging operations.
• Monitoring of manufacturing& packaging, operations, validations /qualifications.
• Finished product sampling and Batch record review.
• line clearance in Manufacturing area and Swab sampling.
• Review of SOP and All formats of manufacturing and packing.
• Carry out troubleshooting of analysis and analytical instruments.
• Support the validation activities in terms of performance qualification of the process and laboratory equipment.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in analysis.
• Develop a clear understanding of Universal/laboratory safety.
• Ensure all the requirements as per the ISO 9001-2015, FAMI Qs, FSSC 22000 and HACCP elements and updated requirements in quality control to improve & sustain the systems.
• Conduct internal and external audit as per the schedules and ensure audit score meeting the requirement.
• Conduct audits at vendors/toll manufacturers/contract labs within established time.
• Impart training to workmen and staff on GMP, FSMS and QMS requirements.
• Process and product validation by using statistical tool.
• Effectively address process failure by using Quality Control tools and providing adequate support to the concern team to avoid re-occurrence of the same failure.
• Perform duties in a professional, timely manner and complying with relevant timetable.
• Works independently and willingly takes on tasks for self-learning and improvement.
