HI everyone and warm greetings to all. I have experience of 4.5 years as a BPO quality analyst which involves monitor calls, dip checks, floor activities, certification process, call calibration, call listening's sessions, report preparation, quality sessions of the team, c-sat driving and d-sat evaluation, ACPT evaluation and my suggest the client and give my own inputs for the betterment of the process.
