Reltio-certified (Foundation, Intermediate, SysAdmin) with additional experience across Informatica PowerCenter and IDP Pipelines. Comfortable working within agile/SDLC-driven teams, troubleshooting data quality issues end-to-end, and documenting solutions to support team knowledge sharing.

Seeking to bring this Reltio and MDM foundation into a development-focused role designing and enhancing custom software components.

Software Engineer, Healthcare MDM at IQVIA (via Persol India) (2025-02 – Present)

Work daily in production Reltio MDM for a Healthcare client, performing SQL-based data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis to resolve data quality issues across master data records, including validating match, merge, and survivorship outcomes.
Partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to translate data and integration requirements, supporting configuration and design discussions for the MDM platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams on data pipelines built with IDP Pipelines and Informatica PowerCenter, verifying accuracy and reliability of downstream data.
Maintain documentation of system configurations and troubleshooting processes, creating operational reference materials to support team scalability and knowledge sharing.
Use Salesforce Service Cloud to manage and resolve technical support cases, prioritizing across overlapping issues under time pressure.
