Job Description:

The Cloud Infrastructure Services Specialist is responsible for managing Azure-based cloud systems, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Azure services.

Key duties include managing Azure subscriptions, profiles, VMs, backups, and resource groups. This role is also responsible for ensuring data migration, system monitoring, troubleshooting, Azure restore, and role assignment through Azure IAM.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

• Install and configure Azure services and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Oversee role-based access control and Azure IAM to maintain secure access to resources.
• Handle data migration to/from Azure, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Azure disks and apply VM patches as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and manage change requests, assessing their impact.
• Monitor servers, manage incoming requests, and develop technical plans.
• Test potential production impacts in a safe environment and approve changes.
• Coordinate internal and client communication and maintain relevant documents.
• Oversee the entire change process, ensuring all outcomes are documented.
