• Reduced Slow Moving & Non Moving inventory from Rs. 2.5 Crs to Rs. 0.6 Crs in 11 months (Value Realization ~ 76 Lakhs) through Forward e-Auctioning.
• Successfully implemented Kanban System in transmission shop & its vendors. Achieved Reduction in working capital requirement, reduction in mismatches of materials & reduction in sudden shocks from production department by implementation of Kanban System.
• Kitting system for Pins, Bushes,Sprockets,Idlers for regulating material flow in sets thereby controlling inventory, reduction in vehicle turnaround time and cost reduction of 0.15 Crs.
• Development of casting & forging and fabrication parts.
