• Experience in installation of BMC Remedy ARS, BMC Remedy ITSM, Midtier, CMDB, DWP, DWPA, SmartIT, Smart Reporting, Virtual Chat, Openfire Chat and its configuration on Windows System, Linux System and Container. 
• Experience in configuration of BMC Remedy Email Engine, Midtier, ARDBC/AREA and Web service.
• Received Appreciation Award for well execution of Upgrade Project’s.
• Handling critical issues to enhance the customer satisfaction factor.
