In addition to High-Pressure Die Casting, we also have CNC Machining, Liquid painting & subassembly of various parts.

- Prepare all die related documents history card, check sheet etc.
- Responsible for dies/tool availability for production & achieving production targets
- Data collection during process and take corrective/preventive action based on analysis and breakdowns
- Responsible for timely Die/Mold preventive maintenance
- Implement Kaizen to reduce the break down, part failure and down time
- Management of Spare storage and Stock monitoring
- Review of Daily Tool Break Down during production and Root Cause Analysis of Break Down
- Keep department HOD informed of progress
- Responsible for tool trial rectification
