• Leading a team of over 200 + persons including regular shift in charges of Operations and workers i.e., points man, Loco Operators, yard master, yard supervisors, PWI, S&T, Loco Mechanic, OHE Supervisors Overall, In charge of Reception & Dispatch Yard.
• Handling 16 to 18 rakes daily in yard having 15 no's OHE track lines with 4 Nos Diesel Locomotive, 02 Wagon Tippler(coal and Bauxite), One Manual siding for Bauxite, other commodities and dispatch of Alumina placement planning for optimum utilization.
• Closely monitoring the tippling, loading & unloading activities ensuring timely release of rakes and handing over rakes to railway.
• Planning for yard operations of 4 no's Diesel loco in advance which helps to reduce Demurrage hrs.
• Minimizing the utilization of Locos by proper planning.
• By coordinating internal and external agencies minimizing the detention of railway rakes.
• Monitored turnaround time of railway rolling stock to ensure timely operations.
