UX designer focused on the unglamorous parts of design — navigation, systems, crossfunctional collaboration, and ambiguity. Product Design Intern at Microsoft (2025-05 – 2025-07)
I navigated a high-ambiguity product space to define the foundational interaction models for real-time voice-chat and proactive AI on M365 Copilot for Windows. Working closely with product and engineering teams, I synthesised early-stage user data into high-fidelity interactive prototypes that validated future feature roadmaps and aligned stakeholders on the core UX vision.
