I have over 16 years of experience in HR and data management. I specialize in Advanced Excel, HR data governance, and creating reports and dashboards. I work on HR onboarding, background verification, talent acquisition analytics, KPI's HR Metrics and end-to-end HRIS management.
I have experience in HR audits, learning and development (L&D), BRSR reporting, and statistical analysis. I also work with HR systems like Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, GreytHR, Darwinbox, and Workday, including their implementation and IT solutions.
