- Working on Acceptance Testing and Fault Rectification of any kind of DSL CPE
- Liaising with various departments regularly (Switch, Utility, NOC Voice & Data, ISP, CSD, Retention, Sales & Marketing, Transmission, O&M, Project & Planning, GIS &SCM) for smooth delivery of customer services within time limit as per define SLA
- Analysing the assigned projects and allocating tasks to the members as per their area of expertise
- Maintaining timely restoration of all types of Technical Outage
- Administering CPE management (OPEX/CAPEX material) and tools availability for field engineer in coordination with SCM
- Ensuring team meets the SLA on time and compliance of standard procedures with internal & external guidelines
- Assuring achievement of customer expectations and providing technical leadership
- Mentoring and assisting the new hires
- Conducting training workshops to improve the performance of the members who were lagging behind in terms of performance
- Taking initiative to organize weekly/monthly process meetings to enhance and create awareness to different areas of business
- Monitoring team members, participating in appraisals, job rotation and career development programs
- 4G & 5G Project handling End to End Approx 80 Km HDD & ODI done in Bilaspur for Creating ECI Ring for NPT Migration
