Production Head Sourcing - BATA INDIA LTD.

• Managing overall Production, Quality operations & improvement, among Allocated T1 (20) Business Partners.
• Creating and maintaining a supply base (Tier 1 and Tier 2) capable of meeting the needs of the business and company standards, in speed, innovation, quality and price, delivering reliability and consistency.
• Responsible towards Capacity Mapping of Allocated T1 Partners On board.
• Maintaining 100 % Volume Delivery & 90 % OTD.
• Responsible Towards product execution from Sample to delivery Within Timeline.
• Responsible towards building sustainable relationships with factories and vendors. Identify new partnerships/suppliers and create a database of new vendors with relevant capabilities & capacity.
• Responsible Towards manage calendar and delivery of merchandise while maintaining the predefined quality standards and costs.
• Educates suppliers with BATA business needs and objectives, maintains a positive factory relationshipvia day to day.
• Managing a team of 3 people with 12 sourcing partners.
