• Hired, mentored and coached engineers across backend, frontend, mobile and QA with a team size of 10, resulting in shipping core business features on time and with utmost quality.
• Managed the product road-map and fast-paced, aggressive timeline, ensuring core business and technical objectives were met.
• Established a system of code reviews and refactoring that improved code quality and maintainability which ensured that our product delivery increased.
• Ensured that customer pain points are addressed as per agreed upon sla and also ensured that we solve problems with long term solutions rather than band aid fixes. This brought down customer escalated issues by ~70%.
• Played the role of Technical Architect by reviewing code, system designs, setting up infra on which the team worked. Also setup up our internal infra for dogfooding our own product.
