We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Malayalam Voice Process Executive in our BPO team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam, resolving customer queries, providing product or service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. As a voice support executive, you will act as the first point of contact for customers and help maintain a positive relationship with them.
Candidates must be fluent in Malayalam and possess basic communication skills in English or Tamil. Prior experience in a voice process is an advantage, but freshers with strong language skills are also encouraged to apply.
