Recently, I completed my internship at McDonald's, India (W & S).

• Conducting competitor analysis to understand the QSR market and identify trends in proprietary apps and third-party platforms.
• Developing targeted strategies to shift customers from Swiggy/Zomato to the McDelivery app by optimizing offers, user experience, and loyalty programs.
• Analyzing customer behavior on the GMAL app and implementing awareness campaigns to increase adoption from 20% to 100%.
• Recommending strategies to enhance McDonald's owned channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey to drive direct orders.

I completed my post-graduation in Digital Marketing and Strategy at the Indian Institute of Digital Education, Mumbai.
