My experience includes talent acquisition, employee engagement and relations, payroll coordination, HRMS implementation, performance management, and statutory compliance. I have managed the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit while supporting business goals and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

I have completed my PGDM with specialization in HR and Marketing. My education has given me strong knowledge of human resource management, recruitment, employee relations, labor laws, performance management, and basic business and marketing concepts, which help me understand both people management and business needs.
