• Built production voice pipelines on LiveKit and Plivo SIP - streaming STT/TTS, real-time response routing, turn detection, and interruption handling to minimise turn-taking delay for natural calls.
• Engineered LLM orchestration and prompt engineering - dynamic prompt assembly, tool-call routing, and RAG over domain knowledge bases for grounded responses.
• Designed multi-step conversational workflows with branching, conditional handoffs, and state management so agents follow goal-driven scripts with reliable tool-calling.
• Built telephony integration and webhooks connecting voice to backend services and CRMs - LiveKit to Plivo SIP bridge, recording correlation, status reconciliation, and result sync.
• Engineered a 3-tier concurrency architecture sustaining 200+ concurrent live calls - async agent sessions, worker-pool sizing, rate-limited dispatch, and backpressure to keep real-time latency stable under load.
• Owned the post-call pipeline (transcript normalization, structured extraction, success-criteria evaluation) and the CI/CD and Kubernetes deployment of the voice stack in Python/FastAPI, Docker, and GCP.

• Built and deployed the SportsBuzz website from development through production release.
