• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals; screening resumes; conducting initial telephonic interviews; and shortlisting candidates for client requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and client companies. Ensure timely communication, interview reminders, and follow-ups with both parties to maintain a smooth hiring process.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process, resolving queries and providing necessary updates. Support communication with clients regarding candidate profiles, interview schedules, and feedback.
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and internal records. Ensure all candidate data is accurately logged for future reference and reporting.
