I am currently the Head of Key Account Portfolio Management at LEAD School, a leading EdTech company in India. I am responsible for the P&L of the base business, managing the revenue and growth for the schools served, and driving the operations strategy, team productivity, and scale up, while reducing the cost of service. I also manage the retention and up-sell for existing partners, and improve the NPS across school owners.
Previously, I have held leadership roles in retail, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors, working with renowned brands such as OYO, Kohler, and Raymond. I have developed and executed retail strategies, merchandizing plans, customer service initiatives, and sales operations, delivering impressive results and customer satisfaction. I have also worked with established business verticals and built new businesses from idea to pilot to stabilization.
I have a PGDM from IIM Lucknow, a Leadership Development Program from Harvard Business School, and multiple certifications in digital marketing and retail sales.
