Role and Responsibilities :-
1)Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, cold calling, and online marketing.
2)Client Consultation: Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and providing guidance on available properties that meet their criteria.
3)Property Presentations: Conducting property viewings and presentations to showcase features, amenities, and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.
4)Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions of sale or lease agreements between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome.
