A highly skilled ServiceNow Test Manager with 10+ years of experience in overseeing and managing end-to-end testing processes within the ServiceNow platform. Adept at defining testing strategies, developing test plans, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring test teams and collaborating with stakeholders across different functions. Proficient in using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) and other testing tools, and experienced in handling defect management, risk analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
