• Established the design foundation for NextZen and now lead end-to-end design for data-heavy grants-management workflows used by enterprise administrators, reviewers, and grantees.
• Designed and shipped Budgets, Post-Award, Amendments, Compliance, and Progress Reporting, contributing to $500K+ in closed deals and helping unlock the enterprise segment.
• Created Mission 0, a six-stage discovery-to-handoff process adopted by the team to align customer evidence, product priorities, design decisions, technical constraints, and measures of success before delivery.
• Structured design-system components, interaction rules, accessibility requirements, and product conventions as Markdown guardrails for Claude and Codex, accelerating coded prototypes while preserving review and implementation quality.

UI/UX Designer and Founding Product Designer at Buyogo GmbH (2021-12 – 2023-01)

• Built the product design function as the sole designer and delivered about 40 production-ready screens in under a week for the Swiss Post integration, helping the company acquire 10 enterprise clients.
• Led the CMS redesign across research, information architecture, interaction design, and high-fidelity visual design, simplifying multi-step operational workflows.
• Established Buyogo's first design system with reusable tokens, components, interaction states, and usage guidance for faster, more consistent delivery across product surfaces.
