I am a professionally driven and dynamic individual having overall 20+ years of experience in the Software Industry with 4 years of experience in working as a Project Manager and playing the additional role of a Scrum Master and Delivery Lead for the current project. I have excellent knowledge and understanding of how to implement Scrum Methodology its framework, values, principles, and artifacts and using Scrum to improve the delivery.

Presently, I am associated with Infosys, Pune, India as a Project Manager - Scrum Master - Delivery Lead. I am responsible for organising and facilitating ceremonies like Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Product Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives. With appropriate measures like granular level Estimation, Smart Checklist, and Operation Readiness Checklist, I have significantly reduced INC's counts.

I am instrumental in orchestrating AMAT- Agile Maturity Assessment for building up team improvement and coaching the team as required.

For effective delivery, I have taken the help of hybrid modules i.e., Scrum and Kanban for Agile Projects - prioritisation, planning, scheduling, estimation, execution, monitoring, and timesheet for costing under CAPEX and OPEX. Using AI-powered analytics tools for better results like ChatGPT, Gemini and CoPilot.
