- Managed payroll for around 30000 employees which is include 200 entities.
- Assisted in Managing Payroll operations, including payroll processing and Tax compliance
- Payroll experience which involves collecting the data from client and process the salary, and deliver to client within the TAT
- Payroll operations including New joiners uploading, CTC workings, Variable earnings and deductions uploading and master updating.
- After considering above details, verify that income tax is being deducted correctly based on the employee's tax filing status and exemptions
- Checking employee's tax declaration and rent declaration as per IT act.
- Then calculating all perquisites like Loan perquisites, Car perquisites, Accommodation perquisites.
- Verify the statutory compliance PF, ESI, PT and LWF is being deducted correctly as per act.
- After getting confirmation from client, Prepare the Bank Transfer file and delivered to client before the salary credit date.
- Finally Prepare the JV file for 200 entities and separately share to client.
- Every quarter filing the Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4
- Every financial year generating the form 16.
