I am having 3.6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Active Directory (AD). I manage user account lifecycles, handle access requests, and utilize ServiceNow for efficient ticket management within SLAs. I contribute to client implementation and remediation projects and have strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

I have hands-on experience with Quest Tools like ActiveRoles Server, Enterprise Reporter, and Change Auditor. My expertise includes authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, federation, and directory services. I am knowledgeable in AD concepts such as FSMO roles, DFS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, AD Sites and Services, AD Trusts, and AD Users and Computers.

I also have experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, performing root cause analysis, and working in client-facing roles and remote teams on a global scale.

I hold a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Chandigarh University, completed through distance learning from August 2021 to October 2023, with a GPA of 7.60. Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Asansol Engineering College in Asansol, West Bengal, graduating in June 2021 with a GPA of 9.35.
