- Preparation of drawings for various parts & layouts of various aggregates like chassis frame assembly, suspension, front axle etc
- Reviewing existing benchmarking of Chassis frame & mountings aggregates data and obtaining new data as required
- Interacting in release activity, RCA report, Defect log sheet etc
- Prepared drawings & other engineering data required for manufacturing product design
- Knowledge of NVH & CMM
- Study & analysis of mating parts and surrounding areas of Body in white (BIW)
- Knowledge of joining process in BIW like Spot weld, hemming adhesives & sealants
- Knowledge of CNC & VMC programmer with Operator
- Well experienced in Teamcenter & Final product release activity from design with development team
