I have over 9 years of experience in client service and onboarding roles. In my most recent position as an Onboarding Associate at Rangam since August 2021, I have been responsible for efficiently managing the onboarding process for new hires. This includes overseeing documentation, ensuring timely completion of the onboarding process, addressing candidate queries, and collaborating with client points of contact.
I have also handled timesheet management, expenses, salary details, and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth consultant operations. Additionally, I've generated letters, managed leave tracking, and fulfilled additional requirements as directed by the Reporting Manager.
Prior to this, I served as a Client Executive at Computer Age Management Services Limited from August 2018 to August 2021. During this time, I excelled in addressing a diverse range of client queries, providing resolutions for different types of investors, including RI, NRI, and corporate investors. I managed transactions, both digital and paperwork-based, for mutual funds.
My focus was on maintaining high-quality service, zero escalations, and building strong professional relationships with investors.
Earlier in my career, as a Senior Practitioner at Concentrix from February 2015 to September 2017, I specialized in preparing general insurance policies for Maruti cars. I ensured policy accuracy and worked across various lines of business to meet evolving business needs while maintaining quality and service level agreements.
My professional journey began as a Client Executive at ESOLVE from June 2013 to June 2014, where I gained experience across multiple lines of business, such as retentions and surveys.
