Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Expertise in hiring for Product Based , AI, and startups Organization like Microsoft, Google, Cognizant,Wayfair, Nykaa, Sprinklr, Jio, Myntra, Phonepe, Winzo, Walmart and so on
