In my last role, I worked as an L2 Technical support associate with CGS India for Dell (Client). I have handled, mentored, and monitored teams of different volumes and handled escalations to achieve customer experience and timely targets.
I completed my schooling and Higher education in Khammam.
I have enrolled in BSc computers and had to discontinue due to my personal family issues.
