20+ years of professional carrier experience out of which 15+ years have been practicing L&D operations for various companies.
• Provides project management direction for all phases of the learning & development, or performance improvement process • Liaise and manage relationships with our external network of vendors providing Manager Development content • Perform and schedule on-the-job training and coaching of various levels of associates and managers in a manner that improves performance • Design and manage global Manager Speaker series, and develop non-class alumni events for managers who have attended foundational training • Make recommendations for improvement of training, training materials, procedures, workflow and resources • Champion the Learning Management System and support colleagues to maximize their learning and development by utilizing the system and its tools • Develop and implement programs that support individual and organizational performance • Passion for the development of people as a means to enhance financial performance and competitiveness, as well as their own job satisfaction and engagement • Measure the impact and effectiveness of learning and development programs on business performance within assigned academies • Design and implement proactive communication plans to ensure that learning and development initiatives are communicated effectively to target populations • Develop an area learning plan which is part of the overall global learning plan and aligned with the business and people strategy • Consult with management on learning initiatives and activities that promote maximum employee effectiveness and financial impact
