Hello, this is Samuel, and I specialize in IT Technical Engineering and Administration.

I've had the opportunity to handle a wide range of people throughout my 8+ years of employment. Some have been extremely difficult, but they have helped me become a better leader. My team won a technical award two years ago, which was a career milestone for me. Working under duress is a terrific motivator for me. I enjoy working as part of a team and assisting other employees in furthering their careers. In past professions, I achieved success by attempting to be a positive role model

• Provide end user support and assist in any troubleshooting required not limited to IT Hardware, software, network, active directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Install and maintain IT related components (Laptop, POS system, software, systems, network, printers) and IT Asset List
• Maintain server and network in a Microsoft environment.
• Server data back-up and recovery.
• Manage network capacity and email administration such as creating/maintaining userids and email addresses.
• Induct and train users in IT applications, advise and support users when required.
• Providing users with hardware/software support including network and PC troubleshooting.
• Managing and maintaining website and in-house program.

In 2013, I completed my Master of Computer Application (MCA).
