7+ years’ experience as Assistant Production Manager in Production & Planning, Quality Assurance with control plans, process flows and PPAP documents for all New product development as well as performed 5S,kaizen, ISO audit and CNC programming .
Experience
Having good experience in “CNC and NC programming” and successfully programmed new 3 CNC and 2
NC machines for all variants of products.
Sound knowledge in manufacturing process like Lathe, Drilling, Tufting, Flagging, Trimming, Punching,
Embossing, Shearing, Bending and involving all press section processes.
Having experience on OEE and PE calculation for Machines and Operators.
Having experience on Design and drawings.
Having experience on ISO audits and documentations.
Having good experience in High-pressure & Low-pressure stamping presses, and knowledge exposure from 40 tonnages to 500 tonnage presses.
Having good knowledge in special purpose machines like Bush curling and Pin cutting machines for Chain manufacturing applications.
Having good exposure in SMED, Low-Cost Automation.
Having knowledge on SAP and Tally Modules.
Having good knowledge on Tooling and dimensions, experience on handling Progressive & Conventional tools & Special Process-Heat treatment.
