- Recommend desired technical specifications in product for predictable and reproducible quality of end product as per the type of application and its demanded performance
- Schedule, coordinate trials at customer end, identify limitations and work for incremental improvement
- Track competition activities, collecting feedback on their influence on market, Collect market operating prices, operating methods and their impact on sale
- Competition samples analysis for benchmarking, periodic review
