• Taking care of branch supervising position of packing, moving, Delivery, warehouse and transportation operations work
• Meeting the client's explaining the service and quality of packing material, charges and giving the quotation as per articles
• Handling the shipment of Inbound and out bound at warehouse operation
• Supervising the team of packers and supervising the packing of goods
• Arrange the transportation and lineup them accordingly
• Making inventory and coordinate with team
• Regular follow up with customers as per their requirement
• Sending MIS report to managers by daily, weekly and monthly bases

Service Delivery

• Regular follow up on open calls to meet the sales, service delivery parameters and trade satisfaction
• Daily monitoring on dealer defective stocks
• Spares/Accessories co-ordination and planning of proposed MSL'S to the dealers & service centres
